Common questions

Manage or cancel Kernel Pro — open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kernel Pro. Subscriptions are managed by Apple; cancelling stops future renewals.
Restore a purchase — on the Kernel Pro screen, tap Restore Purchases.
Delete your account — in the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Scoring & POP — Kernel uses standard cancellation scoring and computes a 1–100 skill rating (POP) that updates after every match.
Playing with others — start a match and share the join code, or find games happening near you.
