Kernel — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Kernel app. By using Kernel you agree to them. Questions: support@kerneltoss.com.

Using Kernel

• We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for scoring cornhole games and tracking your stats.
• Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, abuse, scraping, or interfering with other players or our systems.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of games you score and the activity under your account.

Kernel Pro subscription

Kernel Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks full match history, your POP trend over time, head-to-head rivalries, advanced stats, and export.

• Plans & price: a monthly and an annual plan, offered with a free trial. The exact price, billing period, and any trial are shown in the app before you purchase, in your local currency.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Start a trial and you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
• Manage or cancel: in your App Store or Google Play account settings, any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; partial periods are not refunded except where required by law.
• Free vs Pro: the free tier (live scoring, join-by-code, your last 5 matches, and your current POP) always stays free. We never delete your data — Pro unlocks access to history that's already stored, and if your subscription lapses you keep your data and simply lose access to the Pro views until you resubscribe.

Purchases are handled by the stores

All payments, renewals, and refunds are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, not by us. Refund requests are handled through the App Store or Google Play.

Disclaimer & liability

Kernel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Kernel and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or to comply with the law.

Privacy

Your use of Kernel is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We'll update this page and the "Last updated" date when these Terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
